This page explains the cookies FlowState uses. We keep the list short on purpose. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use cross-site tracking cookies.

The session cookie

When an administrator signs in, we set a single cookie that keeps that person signed in and proves their identity to the server for privileged actions. It is essential to the way the signed-in area works. If you block it, the admin area cannot keep you logged in. It is not used to follow you around the web.

Privacy-respecting analytics

Our hosting provider gives us aggregate, privacy-respecting traffic measurement: how many people visited a page, roughly where in the world they came from, which pages are popular. It is designed not to identify individuals and not to build a profile of you. We use it only to understand what is useful and what to fix.

What we do not use

No advertising cookies. No third-party marketing or retargeting pixels. No cross-site tracking. We do not sell any of this data, and none of it is used to train AI models.

How to control cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the session cookie will sign you out of the admin area and stop it from keeping you logged in. Blocking cookies has no effect on the public pages of the site, which work without them.

This reflects how the platform actually handles cookies today. We update it as the platform changes.
