By using FlowState you agree to these terms. If you are using FlowState on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

What FlowState is

FlowState provides assessment, organizational intelligence, scheduling, and reflection tools. The output of these tools, including any AI-generated narrative or recommendation, is provided to inform your judgment, not to replace it.

Acceptable use

Do not use FlowState to break the law, to attempt to access another organization's or person's data, to probe or attack the platform, or to submit content you do not have the right to submit.

Accounts and access

Some surfaces require an account or an access credential. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service.

AI output

AI-generated content can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing it before acting on it. FlowState makes no warranty that AI output is accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

Availability

We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FlowState is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms and will note the date of the latest version.
