Data requests and deletion

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We honor these requests, including for California and EU residents.

How to make a request

Email fraserjt@gmail.com and tell us who you are (or which organization) and what data the request concerns. We will confirm and act on it.

What we do

We locate the records tied to your email or organization across our assessment, intelligence, scheduling, and inquiry tools, and we delete or anonymize them.

Anonymous contributions

Some of our tools are anonymous by design. For those, we may be unable to identify which records are yours, because we deliberately did not store the link. We tell you this rather than imply a deletion we cannot perform.

Backups

Content removed from our active systems may persist in routine backups until those backups expire on their normal rotation. We disclose this rather than claim instant erasure everywhere.

Childcare and education records

For our separate childcare and education applications, deletion is subject to the retention obligations that licensing and records law require. Those applications honor the data owner's retention and parent-rights process.
