What the loop does

People closest to the work submit short, honest signals: what is moving, what is stuck, what needs eyes. The signal is the atomic unit of the whole instrument.
Turns signals into reads
The loop computes friction and flow reads from what was actually submitted, never from guesses. A number that has no source says so instead of pretending.
Feeds the plan
The reads flow back into strategic planning, so the plan learns from practice instead of sitting on a shelf. Paper to performance to practice to learning, and back to paper.
