A composite walkthrough
Greenfield Academy is a composite case, generated to show the FlowState system walking around in production. The story is illustrative. The engine behind it is real.
Live demo corpus behind this: 197 organizations, 20 phone-home signals. Dummy data, named that way.
Greenfield Academy lands on the Friction Universe. Six clusters, sixty contexts. A dean recognizes "strategic plan, no behavior change" in five seconds. No demo, no sales call. Just recognition.
The team runs the friction assessment. It returns a four-friction profile and one plain sentence: the bottleneck is alignment, not process. Nobody is graded. The school is shown its own shape.
A 35-person school does not need seven products. Greenfield adopts the assessment, MirrorLoop for the teaching team, and Schedule Flow for coverage. Each tool carries a consent dial: share fully, share patterns only, or keep private.
Every closed practice cycle phones home one anonymized reading. No names, no transcripts, just the shape of the friction. Over a season it draws a recovery curve, with a real plateau in the middle, because real recovery has one.
The engine reads the pooled signal, the Validity Spine checks it holds, and the Atlas shows the topography. Greenfield sees its own pattern surfaced, and so does the portfolio, by design only where consent allowed it.
Greenfield Academy is a composite case generated to externalize the FlowState vision. It is not a real school. Credibility comes from the system being coherent end to end, not from pretending the data is real.
