FlowState Signal

FlowState Signal, subtitled an intelligence loop, is the flagship organizational intelligence instrument of the FlowState 369 platform. People inside an organization log signals: short, structured reads of what is actually happening in the work. The instrument gathers those signals, separates signal from noise, and returns an honest picture of the organization’s situation, clear enough that the next move is the organization’s to see. The signal is the atomic unit of evidence across the whole platform, which is why the instrument carries the name. Earlier surfaces carried the name FlowState Intelligence; FlowState Signal is the canonical name.
